The Agriturismo Villa Fonte Regina has two Holiday Homes that are made entirely available to its guests: Villa Fonte Regina and the Dependance Casa alle Rose. The two structures comply with all the recent anti-covid19 regulations and are rented exclusively in full for maximum independence and privacy and include all the services listed below.
VILLA FONTE REGINA
The Farm Villa Fonte Regina has 6 double rooms very comfortable and spacious , tastefully decorated in typical Tuscan style Siena, with fine furniture, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings . Each room is provided with at least two windows and is equipped with TV, heating, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a fan (on request).
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large tables for 12 people with access to the outdoor gazebo Deale for aperitifs and wine tastings, a large living room with TV and fireplace, and a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer can also be used independently.
On the first and second floors, as well as guest rooms, all guests can have a cozy reading room and a fitness room equipped with benches, treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers and elliptical.
Externally the property is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, also equipped with every comfort, sun umbrellas, deck chairs , sun loungers and treadmill. Guests can also have a large gazebo and a barbecue with oven and grill with outdoor seating . In addition to the vegetable garden, even for educational use, vineyards and olive groves of the farm and a grove of departure for short or long walks.
The cleaning and weekly change of linen, electricity, hot water and cold water, use of the gym with his tools, pool and barbecue are always included and available to guests.
DEPENDANCE CASA ALLE ROSE
The Dependance Casa alle Rose is an independent cottage of 70sqm (4 total beds) with a portion of the garden and an exclusive above ground swimming pool. Its French windows open onto the enchanting Tuscan landscape, the terrace-solarium overlooks a vast precious vineyard. It is equipped with a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a large living room kitchen with all appliances and utensils, TV and double sofa bed. The rooms are completely barred and immersed in an oasis of tranquility and nature.
RATES AND PRICES
Seasonal prices per week with stay from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to pay by debit card and credit card in the structure. Also included are: electricity, water, gas hob, bed linen set, bathroom linen set, weekly linen change, Wi-Fi, pets hospitality and reserved parking. Only heating costs in the winter months are excluded.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 4 days of the arrival date, the deposit requested upon booking (30% of the total amount) will be returned, after 4 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained by the structure.
